The DSL modem comes pre-configured and it is easy to set up. We will of course help you over the phone. If you are uncomfortable doing it yourself, we can also arrange for a technician to come out to your site. However, a fee will be applicable.

Hevanet will take care of all the details for you. You don't even need to talk to Qwest. In fact, it is better if you don't, as they may make a mistake in assigning the ISP.

  • A DSL line does not include your monthly phone (dial tone) charges. However, you can use your telephone or fax while connected to the Internet.
  • Hevanet DSL account includes one mailbox and fixed IP address.
  • Additional fixed IP addresses available for $5/month.
