Of all the suspension lift companies, I found Skyjacker to be the most accomodating and friendly on the phone. When I called about five years ago, the owner of the company talked with me for almost an hour on the phone. Recently the owner is sticking to financial concerns, but their technical support is top notch. Good quality products at decent prices. Highly recommended. (By the way, compare this to Rancho technical support who won't even talk to you for fear of legal liability issues!).

A rare find! This place is difficult to find and in the middle of nowhere. BUT - that means good selection! His prices are reasonable. He isn't real personable, but knows his stuff. I usually try Beaverton Truck Parts first since its close, but if they don't have it, try Arie's! Sometimes when I go, I am just looking for a $2-$5 part and he'll just give it to me. He is very flexible and will look-out for certain parts for you if you need something specific. Has mainly Chevy and Fords, but some miscellaneous other stuff (imports, etc.). Worth a visit just to check out his selection. Seems to rotate his inventory fairly regularly, but has some old stuff too.

Do NOT buy from these people! Their products may be good, but thanks to their inability to meet a deadline and customer service lying to me, I'll never know. I ordered Rock Sliderz for my Cherokee. They said it would be about a week before they could ship. Two weeks later no Sliderz. When I called, they said 2 more days. This went on for a month -- always two more days. This last time, they got mad at me and cancelled my order! Never an apology or even a suggestion that there was anything wrong with the way I had been treated. BTW - They did not waste any time charging my card.

I bought a Black Diamond 3" lift from them in Spring of 1997. I was happy with the quality but there were used parts in the kit. The instructions, well, they should not have bothered. The install requires an air wrench to save time. Although the pre-sales support was great, the post-sale support was non-existent.

I bought a set of swampers from them and one of the little buggers had an out of round situation. So, after stalling and stalling I took the vehicle in to get this problem fixed. Comments I bought a set of swampers from them and one of the little buggers had an out of round situation. So, after stalling and stalling I took the vehicle in to get this problem fixed. I had approximately 10kmi on the tires at the time. They gave me a brand new tire for zero $$$. I was very impressed because my original tires were already down 1/4 in.!
