Wilsonville Willamette River Treatment Plant Construction Site

Photos taken Aug. 30, 2000.  Despite the fact that the City of Wilsonville did not submit a required 20 year master plan, and despite the fact that on Sept. 18, 2000 a court may rule that the City cannot use Willamette river water as a drinking water source without a vote of the people, as is required by the existing City Charter, the City Council continues to spend taxpayer dollars for construction of a plant that may never be used.
