Hammond's Flycatcher at the Mansion parking lot this morning id'd by 
small, dark bill, long primary extension, and one "PEEP!" out of him.

I suspect Cooper's Hawks may be nesting in the fir trees to the east
of the main Pittock Mansion lawn.
