Born in Munich and raised in New York City, Victor is a classically trained singer, actor, dancer, and instrumentalist. His diverse career includes the Oregon Symphony, Third Angle Music Ensemble, over twenty year of musical theater and film, and music direction for the Haven Project (theater for at-risk youth) and Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

2001 found Victor studying with Maestro Franco Corelli and Maestra Grace Bumbry, respectively. In July of 2002, he performed Verdi arias and spirituals in the Piazza Pola, Ragusa-Ibla, Italy. Victor is winner of the Accomplished Musician award in the 2002 ILBA Grand Prize Competition in Ragusa-Ibla. Victor had the honor of working with Maestro George Shirley in the summer of 2003. He is presently working with Maestra Ellen Faull.

Upcoming 2004 engagements include the title role in Blake, by American composer H. Leslie Adams (world premiere concert, Detroit), and the title role in Giuseppe Verdi's Otello in Denver.
