5010
Generic '5010' is available from multiple sources. The best, like IMR and Hodgdon test their lots and package only surplus powder that has not been previously loaded. Some of the generic stuff may have been pulled from previously loaded rounds. This means that in addition to mixing lots, the powder may be broken up, or have varied moisture content. I'm personally shy about using the 'generic' stuff.
Hodgdon H5010
5010 is surplus military powder. Hodgdon had discontinued it, but surplus 5010 powder is still available (H5010 still decorates a lot of shelves.)
