Instructions
This web-based survey instrument will automatically present you with survey questions, just point and click your answers. In some cases, you will be asked to type in short answers, but most of these questions are optional for your comments.

Important: This survey works best with all versions of Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer Version 4.0. If you can, use one of these. If you use Internet Explorer Version 3 for Windows, you must click here for a special version that works with your browser. Whichever browser you use, keep these hints in mind:

• Click the "Continue" button whenever you're ready to move on to the next page.
• It helps to maximize your browser; most of our pages are designed to fit entirely in a single screen.
• Some questions require an answer (so that we know what question to ask next); if you get the message "We need your answer," click the back arrow on your browser, answer the last question on the previous page, and click continue.
• You need to finish the survey for your answers to be recorded! When you reach the end of the survey you'll be presented with a "Submit" button that will send your answers to our server. Finishing the survey also gets you access to our complete list of economic data sources mentioned in the survery.
• Don't use your return button; on some browsers you may leave the survey if you do. Mouse around.
