Due to an incompatibility between Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 3.0 for Window's procedure for "caching" certain data and our Survey Assistant Software, we can't give you all the survey questions in one sitting. You can still complete the survey, however, in three easy steps. It'll take a little bit longer, but the questions are the same and your answers will count.

To bookmark the page: Click on the Menu Item "Favorites" and Select "Add to Favorites". This will create a bookmark for the survey that you can easily get back to later. To get back, click on Favorites "Instructions .."
We've divided the survey into two separate parts. Here's what you do to take the survey with Internet Explorer Version 3.0.
