Dear Correspondent

The recently founded Scientific and Research Centre of the Republic of Slovenia, Koper carries out its activities in the fields of Mediterranean studies with emphasis on Slovene Istria with interdisciplinary and comparative approach of humanistic and social sciences from the aspect of ecology, nature protection and biology, as well as natural sciences.

Although we are a young institute, our activities have been conceived on many years of scientific studies performed by several research and cultural institutions in our region. So especially with our activity within the circle of the magazine Annales: Annals for Istrian and Mediterranean Studies, we have established a number of international contacts and collaborations. As an institute we wish to keep and expand these international scientific connections in the areas of exchange of experience and publications, which later could open ways for joint international projects.

We would like to inform you you can find us on the Internet where multilingual abstracts of treatises from the magazine Annales are also published.

Allow us to propose an exchange of your publication for this magazine and for other publications presented on the same home page under the link INDEXAs.

I look forward to your reply.
