Herb Lipson died of cancer on Feb.15. Herb was a wonderful secretary and a terrific help to me and Intertel, both during his years on the Board and before. He took on thankless jobs that needed to be done with optimism and even enthusiasm. I will sorely miss him. He had become a very close and dear friend over the years. I could always depend on him for logical advice. He was always kind and thoughtful. He also provided emotional support for me when things got tough.
