Checks should be made out to "Oregon State Parks Trust" and mailed to 2100 SW River Pkwy, 4th Floor, Portland, Oregon 97201-8009. Credit card donations can be made by calling Oregon State Parks Trust at 503-227-0479 or 800-497-2757 (9 am - 5 pm PST, Mondays through Fridays) or online at https://secure.groundspring.org/dn/index.php?aid=2880. Please indicate on your check or the online donation form that your gift is in memory of Neil Glad and who should be notified about your gift.

Oregon State Parks Trust will send you a letter, formally acknowledging your memorial gift. They will also send a note to the Glad family letting them know of your gift, without disclosing the amount of your gift (unless you indicate otherwise)./p>
