Drafting (CAD - Computer Aided Drafting Services)

CEI has an experienced team of drafters / designers on staff. Like our engineers they are specialized in food processing and packaging. They are all acutely aware of the rules of sanitary design as well as regulatory compliance issues such as FDA, USDA, etc. 

Besides working on major projects within the office, we have also hired our drafters out to clients on an hourly basis to assist their own engineering team in completing projects. Our drafters can act as an extension to your group when you find that you need extra help in getting a project done and you need someone with food processing experience.
